About Vagabond brand and team behind

Vagabond was formed in 1975 producing fashion inspired toilet and cosmetic bags under the brand name “Vagabond”. In just a couple of years the brand became well know in the UK and the company began designing and manufacturing for other companies. By 1990 the company had out grown its London premises and moved to Swindon where a state of the art textile manufacturing factory was established. With these new facilities the company quickly established new products in the Vagabond collection including shower hats, eye masks, turbans, and bandeaus. 

In 1999 the company  started manufacturing hot water bottle covers initially for a UK bottle manufacturer. The following year they were added to the Vagabond collection and are now one of the biggest and most successful ranges available in the UK.

The company now is still very committed to UK manufacturing which gives it complete control over quality and the flexibility to produce a wide range of products. The Vagabond brand is still one of the leading brands in its field and the ability to manufacture relatively small quantities in quick time makes the company unique in the UK.
