How are goods sent?

All UK deliveries that weigh less than 1kg are sent by recorded 1st class mail. Heavier deliveries are sent by ANC.

How long will it take to receive my order.

You should receive your order no more than 2 days after we despatch it. We usually send all orders within 3 days of receiving it . We will email you if we anticipate any delays.

How much is charged for delivery?

There is no charges for all UK deliveries with a value of £20 or more. For smaller orders we charge just £2.50 for 1st class delivery. If you require guaranteed next day delivery then we charge £6.00 for all UK mainland deliveries.

Order value up to £15 is £7.50
Order value £15-£45 is £15
Order value £45-£100 is £25
Order value over £100 is £30
Rest of the World:-
Order value up to £15 is £10.00
Order value £15-£45 is £20.00
Order value £45-£100 is £35.00
Order value over £100 is £50.00

 

Can you gift wrap?

We can wrap all your gifts beautifully and send them directly to the recipient, together with a personal message card from you. Items are wrapped in coloured tissue and tied with a ribbon. Simply specify gift wrap against the item. There is charge of £2.50 per item.

Refund, replacement and cancellation

Once accepted by us, orders cannot be cancelled.
All Vagabond products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship. If you receive goods which are damaged, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving them we will, at your choice, refund your payment or replace the goods free of charge.
